We remind you that the items must be returned in their original packaging, with the labels intact attached and in perfect condition. The return costs are your responsibility.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items that were initially defective or damaged.
The shipping costs related to the return of your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
