Return and Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Voil et Plage.
Return period: 15 days to change your mind
You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item. After this period, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.
Conditions for returning items
For your return to be accepted:
- Original packaging intact The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Tags intact : All product labels must be present and intact.
- Product unworn and unwashed The item must not have been used, worn or washed.
- Crotch guard in place : For hygiene reasons, keep the crotch liner on during any fitting.
- Proof of purchase Your order or invoice number must accompany the return.
Damaged, soiled or incomplete items will not be accepted for return.
How to initiate a return?
- Contact contact@voiletplage.com within 15 days of receipt.
- Our team will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions.
- Prepare your package according to the above conditions.
- Send your package while keeping the proof of postage.
- Upon receipt, we will confirm acceptance or refusal by email.
Refund deadlines and procedures
If your return is accepted, the refund will be processed within [amount] 14 days maximum The refund will be credited to the bank card used for your order, starting from the date we receive your package.
Exchanges and defective items
We only offer exchanges if the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. Contact us with clear photos of the defect and your order number. We will offer you a replacement at our expense or a full refund.

- Initial delivery charges (except for defective products or errors on our part)
- Return shipping costs (at your expense)
- Items returned after the 15-day period
