General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions apply without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded by Voil et Plage on the website voile.dev-softgroup.com/. Products: women’s swimwear.

Article 1 — Scope of application

The products offered are available for sale to all destinations worldwide. Customs duties may be payable by the customer.

Article 2 — Price

Prices are expressed in Euros, including VAT. Delivery charges are not included. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Article 3 — Orders

The sale is only valid after full payment has been received. The Customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of their order. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order from a Customer with whom there is an existing payment dispute.

Article 4 — Payment Terms

Payment by bank card only, payable in full upfront. Payment data is exchanged in encrypted form via SSL protocol. Transactions comply with PCI-DSS standards.

Article 5 — Deliveries

Delivery times are indicated on the Delivery Policy page. The Customer has 14 days from delivery to submit claims by email with photographic evidence.

Article 6 — Transfer of Ownership

Ownership is transferred only after full payment of the price, regardless of the delivery date.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Exception (L221-28): goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons cannot be returned.

Article 8 — Legal Guarantees

The Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq.) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). Refund or replacement within a maximum of 14 days.

See our Privacy Policy. Data collected solely for the execution of the sales contract. Retention period: 5 years.

Article 10 — Intellectual Property

The content of this site is protected by French and international intellectual property laws. Any reproduction is prohibited.

Article 11 — Applicable Law

French law applies. In case of translation dispute, the French text shall prevail.
